Awful experience. We went into the shop incredibly excited to be looking for our best friends wedding dress. We were greeted by a women who lacked enthusiasm. When asked if she sold wedding dresses she informed us that they were upstairs. We took ourselves upstairs and the lights weren't even on. Eventually the lady joined us and turned the lights on. I asked the lady if they had any style of dresses we were looking for and she informed us that we would need to look on the rails. We asked for size 8 and the lady informed us that they didn't do it by size but informed us that the dresses were samples and would be fitted after 20 minutes of looking. We left without trying anything on.

Please save yourself from many hours of stress by shopping elsewhere. My husband and I decided to hire suits from this shop and our initial visit was very positive and everyone left really happy. A week before our wedding when we all went back to collect the suits we had a huge problem, only 2 out of the 7 suits we were hiring actually fit. The owner of the shop and her son who we had dealt with previously were not around, instead we dealt with a lady who had no idea how to resolve the situation and just spent a lot of time talking and not trying to find a solution. At this point my mum stepped in and ended up doing her job for her by calling the owner and writing down a list of sizes she thought the boys needed. This left us all feeling very stressed as we couldn't get an appointment to fix the sizing until 3 days before the wedding. When we went back the owner sorted the sizes but made us feel like we had made a mountain out of a molehill and caused unnecessary fuss. She said that she had only had to make 2 changes, when actually it was 7 changes that had to me made. When this was raised the owner only replied with arrogance, all she cared about was the money. 2 of the suits had to be dropped off which the owner wasn't happy about. She then had to do an additional trip when we realised there wasn't a tie in the father of the brides bag, which was only picked up on because one of the hangers snapped. The icing on top of the cake was dropping the suits back to the shop to someone who told my mum that he couldn't help her with the suits as he had covid! Do yourself a favour and avoid this shop at all costs!

Bad attitude from staff after they measured our suits wrong and moved our appointment back a week so it was only a week to the wedding, a lot of unnecessary stress, would it have killed then to show a bit of compassion, obviously it did since they didn't show any
