    The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. As a slightly older bride I was still made to feel special and Lauren took her time to help and advise me and nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou xx

    Beautiful shop with every dress you can think of, all the staff are fantastic I was helped to find my perfect dress with the lovely Jordan nothing was to much trouble I didnt feel rushed she clearly knows her job listens to what you are looking for goes off and comes back with stunning dresses for you to try on Highly recommend this store the dresses and staff are second to none x

    Visited yesterday for the first time. I had never looked for dresses before, Im autistic and Im not a lover of shopping so I was fully expecting to be stressed and awkward the entire time, but this couldnt have been further from my experience. Jennifer was amazing. Lovely, patient and happy to give advice. Not pushy in any way and made it so easy for me to feel comfortable. I didnt think I would find a dress that day or so quickly but thanks to her I was able to make a desicion I am very happy with. Thanks Jennifer, you are an asset to the store!!

    I unfortunately had a terrible experience at this store. After going with my sister a few weeks earlier to pick her dress and her having such a lovely experience I was excited to visit the store. The one main factor and difference between our appointments was that she didnt have the store manager in the store that day and I did. I visited the Ashford branch on the 12/2/23. On arriving to the store we were greeted by the store manager, her approach was negative and she explained that they were very busy in store today so I may not be seen, I was told I can wait in the store until an advisor was free and that could be a few hours, and if I was to leave the store to get lunch or something else I would lose my place in the queue, being my first time dress shopping and managing to get my bridal party together for this day I said a wait would be fine. The manager explained that I could pick 4 dresses to try on and I will only have 45 minutes for my appointment, she explained that if I pick the wrong size or I dont like a dress I wont have time to change it and will have to come another day. I waited 2.5 hours to see and advisor in the end and am extremely unimpressed with the service I received, the advisor herself was a lovely lady and very helpful, however the manager we found to be rude and unhelpful, she made me feel rushed and took the sparkle away from the day. I understand the shop was busy but aside from the manger only two advisors were working, I read on the Wed2b website to allow 2-3 hours for appointments and I can try on as many dresses as I like so I dont feel rushed, this is the opposite to how I felt, I left the store without a dress and feeling very deflated and disappointed. I visited on a Sunday (same day as my sister had) I understand its a busy store but they way we were approached was so rude and negative. I left the store feeling very deflated and quite honestly really low about myself. This is not the experience a bridal store should offer no matter how busy they are. Perhaps the manager could help on the shop floor a little more and take an interest in the brides instead of throwing negativity and sarcastic comments. I complained to head office and was offered a senior bridal consultation and a special bride experience at a store of my choosing, personally I feel that all experiences offered should be a special bride experience. I have since found my dream dress at another store that was not a wed2b store. All future brides avoid the Ashford store.
