DO NOT BUY FROM THIS 'BUSINESS' Would of given this place minus stars if I could! BROUGHT A BIKE FOR 350 'BRAND NEW' my partner has only had said bike for a couple of weeks and was coming back from work when it felt odd so took it into Halfords to have it checked and the frame is only worth 260 odd and the rest of the bike parts are from different types of bike. Partner got home understandably very angry as he'd spent alot on this. I called them and was greeted with a frosty reception by the man on the phone told him the issues to be told "you must of brought it ages ago" and "he obviously has buckled the back wheel" so chose to blame us over taking any responsibility. He then said about bringing the bike down but he said I doubt I'll do anything! Disgusting service! Disgusting attitude! Zero customer service! Honestly don't know how he sleeps at night taking hard earned money off people and give faulty bikes!!!

Lovely little shop. Was given some good advice. Didn't get ripped off, didn't have to buy something I didn't need. Will definitely be returning here.

They have exceptionally good quality washers here just a pound each, alas he pulled out the thinnest washers I've ever seen giving they were suggested as "spacers" for my chainring bolt even though I could see they werent close to right size! Huh.

Unfortunately the work completed on my bike was substandard and I had to take it elsewhere to get it fixed properly.
