        Im really disappointed with the sales person, whom I encountered today. She was full of attitude, unfriendly, unwelcoming and sooooo RUDE. She didnt even bothered to ask me or show me the samples as I was bit unsure what to buy. She was just standing there with her annoyed face. I asked her if I can have a discount with my BLC but then she asked me to show it on my phone when I had a physical card with me instead. She made me feel like as if I cant afford a bottle of perfume. I really wanted to give a ZERO star but there is no any option for that. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN .

        Always helpful here polite friendly staff good variety of aftershaves...and they price for compare. Hannah and the girls are always welcoming polite and friendly...I'd like to commend them for such great customer service id use this branch of the fragrance shop without hesitation well done girls in particular id like to thank Hannah 1st class. Just purchased some aftershave for my son as always 1st class customer service care from Hannah & there newest member of staff Victoria well done fragrance shop 1st class service will be returning to this store again well done

        Normally the staff are lovely but there is a new staff member with a horrible attitude and just generally rude, should not be working in customer service at all.
