Avoid, avoid avoid. Ordered a carpet in January, after multiple emails (non of which ever get replied to) and numerous phone calls, no information was provided about my missing order. I eventually cancelled the order on 19th April. The worst customer service I have experienced for quite a while.

Would give No Stars as No Response to our Enquiry. We have been trying to get someone to reply to our email, contact us enquire and Facebook messanger request for quote on seals and trim we need for our Zephry as we r visiting from Oz in a weeks time and have spent all month making enquiries.

Purchased some parts off ebay which took 2 days to arrive then purchased some from the shop which after 2 weeks they hadn't even started to make (basic trim in fill set)! Drive to the shop for them to make it up in front of me but I didn't need one of them so was told I'd get a refund for that and postage which I never did. Pointless company to email or call as they just don't reply, was told to email but heard nothing back.

made a order, have not received it 2 weeks later with no email to advise if there's a problem with order, have emailed but no response, now having to go through PayPal.

Was recommended to here from a car group. Money out for rear windshield trim on 17th of January and never received unfortunately. Tried to email but no response, wonder if there is some system issue as got no email related to purchase? Had to order elsewhere as can't have the window off for too long.
