Good - food was good, tasty, well cooked and came pretty quick. Bad - I really dislike the plastic dividers separating the seating areas, reminds me instantly of a prison visiting area you see in films. The worst is that you have to use and order via the QR code from your table and an app, the app itself isn't very intuitive to use so you are forever searching. And... all of this self service there is a cheek to charge you a service charge.

The service was good, staff were polite, friendly and efficient. We didn't like the food, the sushi was hard and the rice lacked vinegar, felt like they had been made hours beforehand and had been sitting in fridge all day - a bit like supermarket sushi just before closing. Additionally the portion sizes were tiny, hence making it expensive. We ordered hot food too, we had the katsu curry and the Korean chicken rice bowl, they were actually better than the sushi, but also nothing to write home about. They now have a new system whereby there is no food continuously going around on the conveyer belt anymore, instead you have order via a QR code and then your ordered and delivered to you on the conveyer belt. I get that they are trying to reduce wastage and go green etc, but this removes the novelty selling point of this chain, hence there is even less reason to come here. I don't recommend you come here, it's expensive and the food is bad, after spending 50 pounds for two people, excluding drinks we left feeling hungry :(
