I have used Chris in a number of projects including the construction of 6 houses in Hollingbourne . The last two which he completed in less than 4 months were a pair of semi detached houses . From start to finish his knowledge and ability is quite outstanding . He is very mindful to save money wherever possible without compromising the quality of the build . His brickwork is absolutely second to none . I would not hesitate to recommend him . Looking forward to the next project . Advanced new builds built our house which was the biggest personal project we had ever undertaken. They carried out the largest and most important part of the project which was building the main frame from foundation to roof. We are both quite certain we could not have found a better builder. Chris who is the owner is a truly remarkable individual and we wish his company all the best for the future. We can't thank them enough. Collin & Rebecca

Like most people, I was completely terrified of the idea of searching for a builder to build an extension on the back of our house. I did not know what order to approach architects, planning, or indeed the builder. In the end I just thought I would try one builder to have someone come round and maybe I would know more after that visit. I dont know why I picked the advert for Advanced Newbuilds. But it was very fortuitous that I did. I spoke with Chris, liked his manner and he arranged to come round that same evening but I didnt feel pressured. Chris had a way of making the whole project feel achievable while injecting some very sensible suggestions himself. We later took on board suggestions such as the higher roof line sloping away from the house and the increase in square footage and both of these were not only worthwhile but completely make the extension. Im sure that like a lot of people, weve heard stories of nightmare builders, but Chris was willing to show and talk about past work, and gradually won us over with enthusiasm for the project. The timescale before work could commence was not too long, and fitted in with our preferred schedule. I was off work for much of the initial build and was in awe of the quality of the brick-laying, by both Chris and his main contractor. Even the bits that would be hidden away forever, are beautifully done. Never once did I see any attempt to short spec the job. The roof is sturdy, the insulation really effective, and there were bits of the job where the standard of materials used were above what I was expecting. Things like the style of Velux chosen, the log shelter construction, the bespoke internal door and frame, the list goes on. It was always a pleasure to chat with Chris. A thoroughly competent individual, happy to go the extra mile, much more knowledgeable in so many more aspects of the trade than just the brick-laying, you under-estimate him at your peril. In our initial chats there were a few technical terms he used that I wasnt sure about but he always explained when asked, and really seemed to know what he was talking about, and was able to prove it often. We ended up with a room built at the back of our house to replace a rather poor conservatory, that is gorgeous. It surpasses our expectation of what we expected by a long way. The price we agreed with Chris for the work that he was going to do or supply was not exceeded by one penny. I like that. I like that a lot and so should anyone. We agreed with a handshake (and a fearsomely strong one that is!) and the paperwork supporting it arrived astonishingly quickly, and looked spot on. It was an absolute pleasure to have this sunroom built. Chris mentioned that he wouldnt mind building more of them if people wanted them and I think if youre dithering and looking and not sure, give Chris a call. Although not before hes built our front extension we want now please, we dont want to wait too long! In a fair review, we need to balance. I had heard horrific stories of builders timescales. This project did take a little longer to complete than we initially thought. Nothing lengthy though, and mostly it was weather, and the doors and windows supplier that my wife and I had chosen took a little longer than we thought (totally worth it though). It makes sense to add a bit of time over what a builder might say, and then it's a bonus. After the build was done, there was a problem with a Velux window leaking, but this turned out to be nothing to do with Chris and the fitting of it, but a defect in the window itself which Chris was able to have taken apart and re-assembled by a friend in the trade, to good effect. Velux themselves are not a helpful company. All this work was undertaken long after the job was finished and paid for, so do not be in doubt of the aftersales backup that Chris can supply. A couple of friendly phone calls was all it took. In conclusion, Im so happy with the room Chris built us. Its fantastic. We rarely spend time in the lounge now, this room is much more a living space.

Love my new kitchen extension. We've just had our extension finished by Advanced New Builds the whole process has been an absolute joy i can't thank them enough. I first came across there website and used their online quote to see if the extension was something I could afford to do. When I contacted them everyone I spoke to was really knowledgeable and helpful. They did all the drawings, designed different layout options for me to choose from and gained planning permission that was need. Even the lady from the council commented that our extension was really well designed when we had our pre application advice. Throughout the work I was always excited to come home from work and see how much had changed everyday there were always big changes apart from the odd rainy day and we had a couple of days waiting for the steel beams to turn up but that was the steel company. There staff work really quickly and the quality is absolutely first class thats the reason i went with a house builder instead of a general builder. I did have another quote which was a bit cheaper from another local builder but felt much more confident with using Advanced New Builds you really feel looked after as a customer and I'm certain I made the right choice financially because what they said it would cost, it didn't go a penny over budget and I know from other friends who've had extension built in the past that's not always the case plus mine is a much better finish and quality for the money I spent and it was built in half the time compared to theirs. Words from their own mouths. I would happily recommend Advanced New Builds to anyone planning a new extension. My mother and father have already book with them to extend their house later this year.

We came across advanced two years ago when we were building 5 houses. They did the main structures of the houses and we've only ever use them on our projects from then on. We normally build anything from 5 to 15 houses a year so its fair to say we've used a lot of contractors over the years. None of them come close to Chris and his team. Watch them work and you cant help but have the utmost respect for them its clear to see why they are so highly thought of in our industry.
