Two gentlemen operate front counter one is amazing helpful polite the other one is so rude and unhelpful it's unreal I was even looking for the camera thinking it must have been a TV show he wa so awful. Thankfully, the other gentlemen came and took over and faith was restored.

There is a fella that works here who is just plain rude and unhelpful and it wasn't a one off experience I have met him before and he was rude the first time. On the bright side there are some other people who are really helpful and friendly but it really is the luck of the draw

Called in to the Ashford branch with a view to purchasing a Kubota Excavator. The salesman wasn't there but one of the mechanics was very helpful showing me the machine. I left my details with a view to getting prices and delivery but the salesman never contacted me. I rang a week later and spoke to a sales administrator who said she would pass my details on to Paul, who apparently is the sales guy and he would be in touch. Another week has gone past and he hasn't so won't be ordering a machine from them either now or in the future. A complete waste of my time trying to deal with this company
