The frankly worst experience I have EVER had with food delivery in London or ANYWHERE ELSE. Uber accepted the order at 6:15 for 6:50-7:10 delivery. At 6:50 it was noted to be out for delivery. Please note that I am 10 minutes away from the restaurant. At 7:10, Uber prompted me (repeatedly, about 20-30 times) to ask the restaurant for an automated update. They never provided one. Uber prompted me to call the restaurant as they were using their "own delivery staff". I called them. 3 times. An international cell call from my USA cell. It rang more than 20 times each time. NO one ever answered. I spent the next half an hour scouring the Uber app for some way to contact someone. I went up against the "call the restaurant, your order is almost there, it's out for delivery" lies many times before I was able to use the chat. That guy repeated the platitudes until I told him no one answers the call. He tried. He tried more than twice. And then, MORE THAN AN HOUR AFTER THE FOOD WAS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE. he just canceled the order and that was that. No consideration other than they won't give me a penalty for canceling. THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME A PENALTY FOR CANCELING. But they sure will let this nest of thieves masquerading as a restaurant stay on this app. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Vegetarian options: They will never actually bring you any food.

Very Late, mostly cold and not worth the wait. Delivery stated as 45 minutes to an hour. We waited 90 minutes. Food quality is not good. Sesame prawn toasts were burnt, everything that was fried tasted as though it was cooked in old oil. Mixed starters were completely random and more like mixed leftovers. Phad Thai and rice were nice. Soup was very short of the main ingredients. Very disappointed. I had been to this takeaway once before and it was nice, I am not sure what has gone wrong.

Possibly the worst take away Ive ever had. Cheap, rubbery chicken and tasteless watery massaman sauce. An insult to Thai food.
