Stanwell Road Post Office

Closed half an hour before closing time. Very inconvenient. I shall report to Royal Mail and the Post Office.

Terrible if you want to use their post office. Asked to buy some stamps and he said 'the post office is closed'. All he had to do is scan at the till....... closes at 2pm so no point having parcels delivered there unless you can get there early in the day to pick up. He has completely put me off buying anything in the shop at all. If he hates having the post office that much, he should give it up. Arrogant!

Went on Monday spoke to the lady there to ask if I could collect my parcel the day it had been delivered there and she said the post office is close with a grin on her face even though I was there during opening hours, she told me to come back on the weekend. So I came back on Saturday and the gentleman tells me the post office is closed today come back on Monday. So I came back the following Monday the man looks underneath the counter and says we dont have your parcel even though it had been tracked and delivered by the courier. It was extremely frustrating as the initial lady could of looked under the counter and could of handed it to me, so now I have to reorder and pay again for the item that has probably been stolen. This place needs to be closed down I have just found out a number of other people have had the same problem. Had I of known before I would not have used there facilities. I wish I could give it 0. Anyone reading this please avoid for your own good.

Very poor experience. post office shuts at 2pm but they refuse to accept a parcel at 1pm saying (1) they are closed.. i pointed out the time then (2) the postman has collected to which i stated that doesnt mean you cant accept the parcel and then (3) the system is not working. if that were true surely it would be the first thing you mention. Generally quite moody especially if you are just using the post office facility and not buying anything from them.

If I could leave no stars I would. The service is shocking. He is rude, belligerent, makes you wait while people choose shop items and then pay even if you enter the shop first and throws parcels across the shop. I would strongly advise travelling to any other branch than using this one.
