Terrible service, they accepted the perscrion from the GP, I went to collect and they told me that the medication was out of stock and to go back to the GP, next thing they said we can get from another branch no need to go back to the GP, went to collect later that day and they had given half the perception to someone else, their excuses "supply chain issues" not our problem. The real problem is customer service. I'm never going back there, appalling service.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Had to come back as they were not able to find the prescription. Dont know their own email address were the prescriptions are being sent to. The prescription had to be resent 3 times while they had it all this time. I had to waste time calling gp services double checking its definitely been sent and how. While confirming the details to them they didnt even bother listening as too busy chatting and laughing between themselves . No customer service skills whatsoever and I really question their competence after this experience.

I arrived 10 minutes early for my covid booster jab but called two people for the jab who had appointments after my own slot time. Tried to raise the issue with the staff who were dismissive and rude regarding my time slot and need to return to work. Extremely unprofessional and what is the point of booking a slot if they done try and stuck to the times.

Terrible pharmacy. Staff are rude and have zero customer service skills, they also laughed at me. Told me they wouldnt accept a certain type of prescription and that no where else would either, which was a complete lie as I had a great experience elsewhere. Wouldnt step foot in there again.

We are strongly advised and I personally encourage patients to utilise pharmacies instead of GPs or urgent care unnecessarily. I was on the receiving end of being fobbed off by this pharmacist. I asked for a skin remedy and was told it was 'skin pigmentation and I cant give you anything, see your doctor if you wish'. I saw a doctor who has diagnosed ring worm! I'll never set my foot in there and my family is now changing their nominated pharmacy to a bigger one, when our wish was to support smaller, independent ones.
