Jean has accompanied me on a counselling journey which lasted 18 months. Jean has been incredibly supportive not just with my personal issues but also professionally during my own training as a trainee counsellor, whilst giving me weekly encouragement in a safe and warm environment. Jean has helped me to make many positive changes. Jean has always been accommodating to my irregular weekly attendance pattern. Jean puts her clients first. I would highly recommend Jeans counselling services.

This was my first experience in counselling and Jean made me feel so comfortable talking to her about my difficulties. We went through a range of her expert techniques that really guided me to a better path in life and I feel so grateful for her help. I really feel that I am in a better place and feel the most confident version of myself. She always gave me beneficial advice and pushed me in the right direction in tackling my problems. I highly recommend her!

Jean offers a judgement-free space to talk through any issues you may have. Our sessions have helped me through challenging circumstances and to understand myself better. They've also prompted me to make positive changes in my life. Very grateful!
