Kavita (Le Foyer) is gem of a person. Working with her has made my letting smooth in a short period. Kavita is hardworking and very friendly. Superfast service to find tenant and let the property. Always there on phone and instant replies. I had all the information required for all paperwork. Tenants are very happy with the service provided by Le Foyer. Would highly recommend and anyone would be lucky to have her as their letting/sale agent.

Always a worrying time when you sell a property...not with Le Foyer! Kept us informed of progress all the via a WhatsApp group, did a lot of running around for us..collecting papers and dropping them to Blossoms solicitors (who were excellent). Have no problems recommending Le Foyer as they were excellent! Big thanks to Kavita.

First time being a landlord was a little nervy and had plenty of questions (terms, rates, quality of the agent, will they find suitable tenant, will they take care of the property, response time, receiving rent on time). I'm glad that I met Kavita; she made the entire process smooth and answered all my questions. Moreover, she went an extra mile to get my property ready. She found a good tenant for me, rent is on time and if i have any questions, she answers them very quickly. I'd recommend Le FOYER to anyone looking to rent out their property.
