I rang for an appointment and was told I would remain in a queue and called back. 5mins later I was called and given app for 11.30 the same day. The doctor was very prompt and I was seen on time. Dr Gohil was amazing and very caring. She made referrals immediately and I left feeling satisfied. No stress. Thankyou so much. The reception team were really brilliant, very friendly and polite and went out of their way to help me!

Called 111 sent referral to the GP waiting in the call 42 min in the queue ( I was first in the queue) and them answer was I'm sorry we not accepting referral from 111 because we are full capacyted I explained I'm pregnant but didn't care

This has been my doctors surgery for 45 years (apart from a 13 year gap when I moved away from the area). Services have modernised and they provide a lot of services online. Can be difficult to get through on the phone lines, but I expect that is the same with all surgeries. Reception have always been super helpful when I have needed to book appointments for myself and family members and they went over and above when I had an issue with my covid vaccination certificates in 2022. The nurses are also great, I have regular injections and Ashlei has been able to book my next appointments straight away (wasn't something they could do until recently and makes it much easier for me to plan my diary and not forget when my next injection is due)! Sad to see phlebotomy services leave the surgery, as this was really handy for my elderly mother.
