Mathew from Windowfix replaced the glass double glazing units in two of our windows. He initially came to discuss our requirements and quote. We accepted the quote and he ordered the glass and came to fit it quickly. He was very polite, did a fantastic job and we were very pleased with the result. I would highly recommend Windowfix to anyone needing a repair to their windows.

Matthew and Windowfix came across as very professional and knowledgeable tradesmen. The level of service was of very high quality and the work was done quickly and efficiently. The initial visit to assess the issue and to provide a quote for the job to be done was highly beneficial for us. On top of everything, Matthew was always polite and was even happy to share his "trade secrets" by explaining what we could do ourselves to prevent similar issues arising in the future. Matthew from Windowfix is exactly what I want when I need a tradesman. Gave me a realistic quote up front and turned up when he said he would. Nice, friendly chap, and seemed to genuinely want to help get me out of the fix I was in, which he did. He didnt have the exact lock replacement required, due to its age, but instead of just ordering something in and leaving me waiting for it, he managed to reuse some pieces and replace others. In about an hours time my house was fully secure again, and all at a very reasonable price and in line with the original quote. Highly recommended. Thanks Mathew.
