Completely incompetent and no customer services. Been waiting 2 weeks for a quote for double glazing windows. Called and chased twice . Still nothing. Avoid Avoid!!!

Guy who the booked the appointment was unnecessarily stand-off-ish on the phone, at the time I didnt really think much of it, but I think in hindsight this is just their style of customer service. Non existent. 1) Still waiting 2 weeks later for the quote. 2) guy that arrived to quote didnt have a mask and I had to loan him one. 3) was nearly 40 minutes late for the appointment and told me I would need to bring that up with the office if I wasnt happy. A simple sorry would have sufficed. Its a no from me, I wont be chasing the quote and I highly doubt Ill ever receive it. EDIT: I think it says more about this companies incompetence that its taken them 2 years to respond than anything else. Firstly, youve spelt my name wrong, as well as the company (whom I havent worked with for 5+ years now). Secondly, Im not surprised you have no record of the visit to my house on 5th January 2021, would explain why Im still yet to receive the quote. Just further proving my review was spot on. Lastly, I find it highly unprofessional that you have responded and posted personal information about me. I have just tried to call you to ask that you remove this, but unsurprisingly nobody bothered to answer!
