Gone here quite lot over the years .but I find the place changed a bit ..lovely people but they chat in their own language to each other which I find quite rude .also a young boy had now been employed and his attitude is very disconcerting he doesnt want to be there half the time huffs puffs if his told to do something ..his not very good at his tasks either if I'm honest .most times sits in chair feet up no shoes on playing on phone very unprofessional. Is there not a back room he can sit in ..other than these few niggles they r lovely .had few times nails have come of but not many and was soon rectified . Service: Manicure

I have used most of the nail bars locally. I had a pedicure and manicure here recently and without doubt the best I have had. In particular the pedicure. Great care taken and very thorough. Highly recommend.

Started off as a bad experience and my first time at this salon. I paid 33 for SNS with a full set of tips and 3 days later 2 of the tips fell off without even any pressure put onto them. I was out of the country so I messaged Andy's Nails through Facebook messenger and explained that I would appreciate a full set being replaced when I got home a few days later to which they replied saying see you then. I went in today to get a new set done and they offered to change the colour too, which I did. Originally they were only going to replace the 2 nails that had broken, but I explained how they clearly had not been done very well and the nails were not level and had ridges all over them, so they replaced them all. At the end, they tried to charge me half price - to which I refused considering I had paid for a full set SNS only 4 days before. They said because they'd replaced the whole set when I'd only broken 2 nails, and that I'd changed colour. I said I had spoken to their colleague on fb messenger and they granted them free of charge. My nails now look lovely and felt the lady put more time and effort into making sure this set will last. Fingers crossed they will!
