        I needed key cutting once i got home i found out that they key wouldnt even turn in my lock ! This happened before once just before covid. Not happy

        Took a watch in forcrepaies waited weeks couldnt repair it picked it up thought it had bern mended got home opened bag it hadnt been .took it bck asked for my 30 pound bck got told no he couldnt do it but he give me 10 per cent of next time I'm in .

        My car key battery died in the car park and I couldn't open the car manually so basically stranded. Timpsons was busy with only man serving. Despite already helping two other customers, he was very welcoming and clearly doing his best to keep everyone happy and updated. It turned out that my key refused to open but he contacted a colleague at another store and they managed in the end. I left feeling like I received 5* service and very happy.
