        I want to express how kind and helpful the pharmacist were today! They were very patient and professional even when I went back for the third time in 15 minutes.

        Probably understaffed because everytime i go the lines are so long and staff are quite rude

        Would give 0 if I could, recently went in on behalf of my mum who couldn't come in because she has COVID and arthritis and I asked for over the counter medication. I was refused the medication and told she had to come in, to get over the counter medication. They seemed unprofessional and rude. I asked if they could speak to her over the phone they said no. I've been able to collect the same medication from other pharmacies without any issue.
