Dealt with Mr Hanif, I am writing this review to encourage others to be extremely cautious when dealing with noor autos. My experience has been horrific, from being sold a car unfit for the road or purpose. Having various faults starting a day after leaving the dealership, One resulted in me narrowly avoiding an accident, and overall costing hundreds but atleast not my life. Being a carer i needed a reliable car, i couldnt have been more wrong. Being blocked when raising issues straight after purchase, every time i have tried to contact for help or resolution i have been spoken to in a rude, intimidating manner, been spoken over continuously as well as sexist remarks and laughing at you. And when you do get a word in he tries to say you are abusive to avoid a resolution or admit fault! Goes to show when money is exchanged the Mr nice, understanding guy act disappears! All attempts to take car back for inspection or repair has been avoided on there part. Regret ever doing buisness, seeking further advice.
