Excellent service from start to finish with everything clearly explained and options given. Fitters were prompt, polite and incredibly quiet and tidy - I worked from home throughout the fitting! Would thoroughly recommend.

Rob and Ruth were so helpful from the first enquiry, then home visit, and subsequent trip out to the showroom, right through to the installation by their team. Team were conscientious and tidy on the day of installation and the recommended stove is perfect for the space. We are absolutely delighted with the outcome and would absolutely recommend The Tinderbox to everyone.

Rob & Ruth are excellent to deal with, very knowledgeable on stoves and their prices are fair too. Their fitters are polite, friendly and do a great job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a hearth or stove.

Great experience from meeting Rob on-site and then together with Ruth back in their cosy show room through to successful installation. Plenty of models to see and discuss and final selection based on their vast experience and working with our requirements and budget. Delighted with the model selected and installed and pleased we went for the extra height provide by the combined stand and log store as suggested/recommended. The Parkray Aspect is so controllable and used with well seasoned wood efficient and easy to keep the large glass front clean. Highly recommend the whole Tinderbox Experience
