At first, I didn't believe the bad reviews about Togo Autos l, which is the company name they hide behind in WESTLINK HOUSE, 981 GREAT WEST ROAD, TW8 9DN. But the car they sold me was so faulty (5+ faults) that I had to exercise my rights to reject under Consumer Act 2015. I went though ADR scheme with AA cars as a mediator because the dealer was dismissive and the AA cars could not enforce anything on the dealer advising to go to court. So, now I'm preparing for legac actions. So, my message to you all: STAY WAY IF YOU CAN, THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED

See review edit below. Purchased a vehicle from these guys and my experience was somewhat mixed. Their office location is in Brentford and if you wish to view a vehicle you need to make an advance booking. They don't have a showroom per se, and will bring the vehicle from a lock-up somewhere. Viewed the car and took it for a test drive, and was really surprised on my return there was no one to be seen. On one hand, this was really unusual and we had to phone them to come down from the office. On the other, it was a breath of fresh air having such a laid-back approach with no hard sell or anything. Staff are friendly enough but their phone line/manner needs improvement. Often it was very hard to hear what was being said. The person also sounded like they were distracted. That said, the person I dealt with for the paper-work handover was a really nice chap. EDIT: 8 Months later vehicle suffered complete engine failure just 2 months outside their standard 6 month warranty. For the price paid for the vehicle, one would have hoped for more longevity. When contacted about this, not willing to help in any way shape or form. I can only suggest then that this seems to fit their laid back approach. AVOID.
