I had the pleasure of having Simon as my personal trainer for three years. In that time, I achieved excellent physical results and improved mental resilience. As an ex-rugby player, my body had certain limitations due to injuries. Simon, with his vast knowledge, was able to work around those injuries and give me the momentum to take on exercises I wouldn't have dreamed of doing again.
