I specifically asked that if I was out, the log bag would be wheeled around to the back garden as I'm heavily pregnant. I get home to find it just dumped on my doorstep, not even an attempt made to dump it near garden gate at least. Why give customers the option to specify delivery instructions if it's completely optional for drivers to read them? Literally copied from my order confirmation email: "CustomerNotes: I should be in, but if not I'll leave side passage unlocked, please wheel round to back garden and leave by wood store, Thank you! (I'm 8 months pregnant, please don't leave on doorstep!)"

Are you still in business? We have ordered a delivery on line and it hasn't arrived. We stayed in from 7am to 7pm but no one came. We have emailed and called but can't get through to anyone. Left many messages now. Please reply or we will have to escalate this matter.

It's been a week since I ordered from them. So, can't rely on the next day delivery. I emailed them twice and I called, left a voice message. Still no answer. Now I'm going away for quite a while, but there is no way to cancel the order.

Rocky start but this company does care! I ordered enough wood to see us through this winter and possibly the next. Admittedly there was an issue with delivery and communication but this was resolved and Sam certainly made it up to us with some extra Ash wood to apologise for any inconvenience. I believe in supporting local businesses and a little communication and empathy goes a long way. Thank you Sam and Team!
