        I bought a pair of full sheepskin lace up baby booties in chestnut as a gift. They arrived promptly, as advertised and they're really cute. Great comms with customer service, I also thought they were very good value. I would recommend Snugrugs as you can order online with confidence.

        Without contacting me, decided to substitute my order for something similar as they were out of stock. Bad customer service experience and cheeky doesnt quite cover it.

        Really fast delivery, and am so thrilled with these sandals! I struggle to get comfortable but pretty shoes,as have arthritis in feet, and they swell. These sandals are so comfortable, but stylish. Lovely fitting. Il be back for more!!!

        I ordered a pair of lambs wool slippers for my wife and myself. They are excellent quality, very comfortable and good value. I made a mistake with part of my order but customer support were extremely helpful and exchanged them. I would definitely buy again.
