After 18 months wait due to covid and supply shortages our new e-pace has finally arrived. I would like to thank Barretts Jaguar Ashford for their time and patience during this time and for keeping me informed of all the changes and delays during that time. Barretts offered an exceptional service from the moment we ordered our new car. The staff we dealt with were always polite well informed and courteous especially Alex who took our order and saw us through the whole process. The day of deliver was made extra special by the bouquet of flowers presented to my wife and the attention to detail shown to us by all those at Barretts Ashford. If I am lucky enough to be able to purchase another Jaguar in the future It will definitely be through them. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to everybody who was considering buying a Jaguar or Land Rover.

Sales consultant was very professional and was very responsive whenever needed. Knew what she was delivering to the customer. Made me very easy and comfortable in making the decision to purchase the vehicle. Overall all a very good experience would recommend them.

Exceptional courteous customer service, no sales pressure. The sales person made whole process easy and relaxing. Test drive no time constraints. Car pick also excellent car very well presented. All together a first class experience.
