        Terrible service. My sister booked with this company earlier this week. She had to travel to London after work on Friday and called 5 days in advance to make sure they would have a taxi free for her at the right time. When calling again just before she needed it she was told that she had never made a booking and that they would go speak to someone and call her right back. After not hearing anything for about 20 minutes, she called them again to ask for an update and was immediately hung up on.

        Shocking service!! Ordered a cab 3 days in advance for 8.00 am. When it didn't arrive, I phoned the company who advised that they had no record of me calling. Absolute rubbish as their number was stilled on my phone. No chance of using them again
