Naturalistic Therapies

I initially contacted Natalie to have lymphatic drainage massage as I had had liposuction. Now I cant live without having it. I feel like it makes me feel healthy. It makes me feel relaxed and sleepy even though its not meant to be a relaxing treatment. When Natalie was poorly I tried to find this treatment elsewhere and found two different therapists but their lymphatic drainage was nothing like Natalies so I waited until she was better. Ive now incorporated neck and shoulder massage which shes also great at. I look forward to my appointments and would highly recommend anybody trying lymphatic drainage for their health and well-being.

Natalie is fantastic. Her service is personalised to the client, she is professional and knowledgeable. She will adapt her services for the client. Her premises are clean, tidy, comfortable and well equipped.

To say Im pleased with my treatment is an understatement. Ive never had Reiki before, but have done some chakra clearing exercises previously. Not knowing much of what to expect, Natalie put me at ease from start to finish, she was really knowledgeable and talked me through the treatment and how it works, as well as giving me the choice for what order Id like to have the treatment in. I had an hour deep tissue massage and then hour and a half Reiki & chakra balancing. As a mum of two kids, I can honestly say Ive never reached the level of relaxation that I did after the massage before! Natalie worked all of my knots and answered any and all questions I asked throughout. The reiki was so calming, I felt almost trance-like afterwards. Natalie sat down with me before and afterwards to talk through what I wanted to get out of the reiki and then my experience and explained where and why certain things came up for me. As its my first (and definitely not my last!!) reiki session, I found this especially helpful. Aside from the treatment itself, I got to know a bit about Natalie and how she got into this field, and must say she is such an inspirational, calming, attentive person, who is clearly very skilled in her work, and with people in general - a natural empath. It was great to get to know her, and I am really looking forward to the next session. Natalie, again thank you so much!!
