        After sending a message via the website first thing in the morning, Lucian was with me shortly after 10am and fixed my two locks which had both stopped working whilst I'd been away. He explained the issues and fixed the existing locks within an hour and at a fair price. He is a very nice guy and I have no hesitation recommending him.
