        Have supported Jalsha for years, the last couple of months service has deteriorated with orders having items missing, tonight having repeated the order twice and confirmed price when collected 3 key main dishes were missing and we were asked to pay again as were not on original order. Overall customer experience disappointing and lack of value to customer loyalty is zero. Looks like I will be placing my business elsewhere. A birthday celebration was ruined as had to wait an additional hour for missing items to be delivered.

        Sorry, have since used again, many times and it delivers on everything.. Actually best in the area.. Food was nice but the Gentlemans customer service was a little rude and abrupt.. Back to Tamanas is Ashford for me....
