I have been on Keto diet for a few weeks now and I can honestly recommend it to everyone! I am feeling overall fantastic, full of energy, my skin looks better and I can see my body is reviving :) on the top of that I dont need to think or spend my time on cooking or food shopping when everyhing is delivered to my door. Being very sceptic about Keto diet before, I can now say - it works for me perfectly as a healthy lifestyle!
