This took place around August 2021. This job is not worth the low salary with the amount of work they are trying to bombard you with in training that you wont understand because they rush through it. Out of the four days that Ive worked out of the four weeks, I felt as though there has been a lack of support and empathy. I have never experienced training where I have voiced my concerns in hopes of bettering my progression for the sake of my position and the company. I felt as though the training was very rushed and misunderstood in parts. It felt like Im starting in a few days rather than a few weeks. When explained the job in the beginning, it was made to sound very simple, easy going and all you have to do is place orders. Comparing it to the experiences in the training room, its a lot more complex than I have ever experienced, and requires a lot more attention and support for people individually rather than as a group. I also believe the salary is very minimal to whats actually required and expected to do in the role. Things in the modules have been spoken but not explained into depth of support affectively, and when Ive voiced this, again a short answer may be given and I will still mention Im confused and in need of help. For an example, the modules are read aloud via PowerPoint, and lately the tutors mentioned when they notice members taken notes its on LMS as if we should stop writing. However, majority of us refer to our notes taken from the PowerPoint as well as LMS for some of the things in the day. On day 3, I voiced my issue to the tutors as mentioned, and when I did they looked confused as if everything their doing is perfect. I told them in certain situations when Im trying to speak, people are speaking over myself and others and I find it rude. When we were given a task to complete the escape room game, the person I was paired with was very ignorant and her communication was limited but when speaking to others she is very vocal and elated. We did my our first mock call with one of the tutors (who is a male) and I felt very little of support and uncomfortable, which I also mentioned to both tutors (one female and one male). When the other three girls in my team were doing theirs, everybody rushed to each other and moved erratically to find information and the female tutor was helping and hovering around them. When it got to my turn, all three of my peers sat and watched and I felt like I was set to up to fail. When I asked for assistance from the female tutor she came for a few minutes but wasnt as communicative as she was with the others. The atmosphere is very much oppressive and unwelcoming. Whenever I speak or try to have a friendly demeanour the room is quiet, but when the others say something thats not really a joke theyre just talking, the others are laughing and supporting one another. When I come to a new job in general, everyone should be inclusive and made to feel welcome and not uncomfortable as I am naturally a confident and gregarious person. There shouldnt be a division of peers within the first few days or an imbalance. When I come to a new job to train, I understand I wont be perfect but support and understanding is vital, because when I finish the training period and still dont know what Im doing, itll go to show that it was clearly rushed and lacked balance as a team. It is not healthy to train someone by bombarding them with multiple information in one go and expecting them to know how everything and the whole process the next.

Been at RM for 9 months and now they've just let go of all agency staff right before Christmas, they don't tell you to your face. They get someone to call you when you go home still thinking you have a job tomorrow. They don't care about there staff they will chuck you to the curb when they don't need you anymore. Don't recommend working for them.
