Amazing place, great people and wonderful horses. Couldn't ask for more and would recommend highly to absolutely everyone, the lodgings are luxuriously decorated with top of the line quality appliances and equipment. The patio adjoining the horses training area is a joy to relax on whilst watching the horses do their thing as is being able to walk out the front door to horses in stables sharing your garden.

Situated in beautiful countryside with amazing views, Mac shack was a peaceful, relaxing place to stay. Inside is immaculately clean with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Everything has been done to a high standard and the extra features such as the sliding barn doors for the beautiful large window and the burner make it feel really cosy. Outside the dog safe garden is a lovely place to sit in the evening with brick covered BBQ area and fire pit. I visited with my horses and found the facilities as a whole exceptional, and the owners were lovely people. Would recommend a visit with or without horses and dogs.

The "Mac Shack" is an amazing place. I saw it when it was first opened a while ago, and stayed for the first time this weekend. It's still as immaculate and beautiful as it was when it first opened. The owners obviously take immense pride in the property which is apparent in the cleanliness and quality of the furnishings and fixtures. It is extremely well equipped - with absolutely everything you could imagine you'd need when staying away from home. The bedding is really luxurious and I loved snuggling in to bed at night. I can thoroughly recommend the "Mac Shack".

Mac Shack is a perfect home from home, made extra special by the warm welcome from Becky & Chris. The shack was immaculately clean, extremely comfortable and everything you need during your stay has been included. The welcome hamper was a lovely surprise and even our 4 legged friend had his own goody bag! From the point of booking to the moment we departed, Becky and Chris were on hand to help with any queries we had, recommending dog friendly pubs and local villages to visit. As others have said, the Mac Shack far exceeds 5 stars, and not only would we highly recommend, we shall return ourselves.
