The Sussex Exchange

We went to the Sussex Exchange cinema for the very first time and were totally blown away by the whole experience!!!

Went for my hen night last night and I can honestly say we won't be returning and to anyone wanting to a book a hen night here please think again. We arrived of the party bus into the Sussex exchange, we where asked to preorder our food to which we did. We had to wait nearly 2 hours for our food. We waited over an hour for a drink, to then be told the drinks we ordered weren't on the menu anymore. So then we re ordered other drinks and they all arrived at the same time and was told we had to pay for them all. Our food order was wrong, we asked for water multiple times and again, took over an hour to get water to the table. When we water arrived it was for only one person. The whole experience was a complete fast. We then got the wrong bills multiple times, and then when we questioned it and I told them this was unacceptable 2 bouncers arrived. We was eventually fed at 10:30 from being sat from 8pm. The food was awful and cheap. I'm pretty embarrassed to have taken 20 women here thinking it was going to be an incredible experience. Everyone was just left cold, hungry and tired.
