We visited recently for Sunday lunch and it was really delicious. Some very tasty starters before a huge tasty traditional roast. Staff were friendly and helpful and the wine selection was very good too.

Penny Farthing Hula Hoop Act
We stopped here on the Ashdon/Bartlow circular walk with our two children for a pint and pizza and it was just what we were looking for! Country pub with good food, indoor and outdoor seating and absolutely lovely staff! We couldn't have asked for more!

A nice pub, it was Asian night and I'm afraid the menu didn't appeal to me personally. The tables were decorated beautifully.
