    I've tried many different weight loss plans and they never really seemed to work that well. However, this time it really did work! I'm so pleased I gave Your Weigh Forward a go. The exercise plan I was given by Jono was perfect, it was challenging without being uncomfortable and the dietary advice I received was excellent. This has been the first programme that I have been able to stick to and enjoy at the same time. My fitness has improved, I've lost weight and I feel so much healthier. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to lose weight and improve their general health.

    I have been training for 16 Weeks now with Jono and I'm really enjoying it. I didn't have any fixed goals, but saying that I have lost a Stone in Weight. Which I'm delighted about. He has helped me to understand better the correct foods to eat. I haven't changed my diet too much and I'm still enjoying going out to restaurant's. I train once a week doing a one-on-one session. Jono makes the session challenging and I have seen vast improvement in my fitness and wellness. Jono always encourages me, he has a vast knowledge of his profession. I look forward to my workouts. Finally Jono always ensures my technique is correct so avoiding injuries. He is reliable and punctual, my exercise routine is planned and set up ready to go. I have left each session exhilarated.

    Having received 12 sessions at Jono's gym as a Christmas present from my son, I wasn't sure how this would work out. I needed to get myself fitter, but had never really been into any form of regular exercise, let alone with a one to one instructor. However, from session one I can honestly say I felt the difference. Jono's encouragement, knowledge of fitness & what I needed to be concentrating on, has without doubt turned out to be one of my best Xmas presents! After completing my 12 sessions, I have now booked a further 12. I definitely feel the benefit 100% & actually enjoy the challenges each week. Highly recommended & grateful thanks to Jono for his support.
