        We used Patrick to help identify a reported fault with one of our electrical circuits. He was super responsive (able to attend the same day we spoke) and was possibly the friendliest, most helpful and knowledgeable electrician we've used in 20 years of home ownership! He took time to properly investigate our problem, explaining things simply and clearly; and even provided support after the actual visit, answering some follow up questions on email.
