        I ordered some moccasins, they arrived quickly and were nice slippers. They werent what I really wanted however so decided to return them (unworn and in the original packaging). You have to ask permission to return the item, which is fine but a little different. It took about 3 weeks to process my refund and when it came through theyd actually only given me a partial refund. I paid 49 even but received a refund of 46.55. I cant even be bothered to quibble as I dont want the mentality that leads to this behaviour in my life. Not crazy bad, but slightly passive/aggressive with their refund policy.

        Ordered well in advance for a Christmas gift , today I am still waiting !!! I was told royal mail however gifts I posted last minute have arrived and I've spoken to Royal mail . Very disappointed and communication awful , please be wary

        I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop - their sales team was fantastic. They were able to resolve an issue I had swiftly and with a great deal of friendliness. The cushions I purchased are beautiful.
