Lovely church in a beautiful village. Some great wooden pews, wall art and tombs in an atmospheric church. Also take time to walk through the village which has Edward luytens designed cottages. Parking limited outside church but its not a busy road. Do go and visit

l just love this village with it's chocolate box houses, it's so pretty, and the church has some wonderful medieval wall paintings. l've been here several times and will certainly visit again.

In this quiet corner of England, it's said that the gunpowder plot was hatched in the half-timbered chamber in the house next to the church. The house belonged to the Catesby family and the church includes memorials to them. The church includes wall paintings, a kneeler monument, some fine later wall memorials, a Jacobean pulpit among other features of interest. There is free on-street parking in this picturesque village.
