    A Great piece of software would love for this to have been our complete CRM ERP and accounting Software however it unfortunately does not tick all the boxes for that... Overall It does make your life easier for pricing as price updates are managed by them. Support and training is really good too as they are always helpful and not trying to make an extra buck unlike some of the other software companies we have experienced.

    Poor support. Thanks for the response below. As they are working from home can you not get the phones manned on a rota basis from 8am at least. plus a Saturday morning option. When you are left with an issue overnight waiting until 0845 for somebody to pick up the phone is my main issue.

    Such a shame. 5 stars for support 3 Stars for the software *** MINUS 10 stars for the catalogue and data content *** *** Minus 10 stars for responsiveness to problems and for making a customer feel undervalued. *** A fantastic idea and even though the software is a little outdated the functionality is very well thought out. The support team are very helpful indeed and nothing is too much trouble. They are under a lot of pressure at the moment whilst working remotely but still manage to be helpful and thorough. I have to say the biggest let down of all is the amount of additional information in the catalogues. More than half the products don't have images and most don't have spec or links. The reason i changed from my last software was because EQ was sold to me on the convenience of all the product information being input and maintained by the cataloging department. Very disappointed and frustrated.
