Renewed my passport and it was so simple , didnt even no they provided this service but would definitely recommend it. Lady was very professional , she took my photo and filled out the form , she was great.

Brought a photo frame opened the package the frame was faulty, it came apart at the corner where the stapel was to holding it in place with a small piece dropping off, so went back to store at 3pm looked at the same picture frame they all looked faulty with a piece looking loose in the same corner so chose a different picture frame and went to the desk. Told the person on the desk what happened when the package was opened. At first it was implied that maybe it wasn't faulty that it was broken another way? So I said to the shop assistant they all look faulty on that style of frame the shop assistant said ok! open that one then and lets see, so I opened another one of the same frame up it looked fine until it was turned over then it came apart! So I said can we exchange for this one as different. The answer (yes just take it) not polite just dismissive, the thing I have to say you shouldn't judge people on how they look, I'm quite small and look young but I'm a grown woman not a child or maybe its because I wasn't dressed right. It doesn't take alot to be polite.

Ordered some calendars for collection from snapfish. Went to collect them and they weren't ready. Awful quality. It said on the website they would be on gloss paper, they were on the cheapest quality cardboard. Binding was all scruffy and not straight. Picture quality was awful too, I used thr same pictures as a calendar for delivery from snapfish and it is appalling compared
