Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Ashby de la Zouch

Tried Specsavers as I wasnt impressed with my usual opticians - poor customer service and high prices. Had an eye test and paid for extra tests. Was very impressed with the service I received. Everyone was polite, friendly and professional. Decided to take advantage of the BOGOF offer and hopefully find glasses that actually fit my small head and are comfortable with hearing aids. Lara helped me choose two frames, normal and sunglasses, she knew I needed a smaller pair and suggested the Kylie range. She was very helpful, explained all the offers and talked me through choices etc. she was professional and friendly throughout, not rushing me at any stage. To find that I could get two pairs of well fitting glasses for under 300 was a first in my experience, so added reactive lenses to one pair. Thank you Lara, I feel more confident about my new glasses and look forward to wearing them.

Lynne H was fantastic at helping my little girl choose some new glasses. She was professional and kind and patient. The optician (Kully) was wonderful with my daughter. Thank you both.

Was served today by Riya who undertook a thorough examination of my eyes. Really detailed and answered all my questions. I was then handed to Lara who was excellent, not pushy at all. Lara left me to select frames but was on hand to answer any questions I had. Lara then finalised my order at the till. Really pleasant to deal with. I definitely will be back.
