        Had to get replacement frame for broken glasses just before Christmas efficient staff and popped back in to have one side loosened after Christmas no problem or trouble quick service thank you

        Came here for an eye test and contact lense check up. The optician was great, really nice guy and explained everything clearly. However the lady out the front who greats you and then deals with the paperwork later had the personality of a house brick. It was so hard to have a conversation with her that hard I left without buying any glasses or contact lense packages and went to specsavers next door. She really shouldn't be working in a sales role. If this store expects to sell anything other than eye tests I would suggest having someone else deal with the paperwork after the eye tests who's more likely to get customers to purchase products.

        Cheryl and Natalie from the Ashby store went over and above the call of duty. They managed for replace my husband's bent frames with an identical set which only took 5 minutes. Thank you, my husband can now use his glasses safely again.
