Worst rentals team in any estate agents Ive ever gone through. Accepted the tenancy, agreed on date for collecting keys, forced to sign up for home insurance and a rude lady working with a third party called Leaseguard denied application after spending the weekend hounding us with texts and emails as partner is self employed. Given the option to pay 5000 in advance for 6 months rent and the deposit and still a refusal. If you are self employed avoid!!!

Wouldnt even give 1 star Ive been a tenant for 2 years My electric meter messed up yesterday and went off (we had electric on it it had a fault and went off) I was told that they wouldnt help me and my family (young baby) whos poorly and was prepared to leave us with no electric no heating no food no way to feed the baby as they were too lazy to open the cupboard for us to get to the meter as the landlord was in Birmingham (im in Tamworth) as its a locked door we cant access it (we live in flats) I was told its up to me to top up my electricity even though that wasnt the issue i was told I will have to go without with a 8 month old baby they told me if the landlord went on holiday I would be without aswell, eventually they got the key after me having to text the women all day and repeatedly asked its sorted it was -1 in my flat and I could see my breathe awful service as usual, all the women need a reality check and a attitude check fish2let awful service as usual

Thank you to the team, particularly Mia & Anne-Marie, for helping me find a pet-friendly property for me and my cat. Found it a very straightforward and quick process as a first time renter, from initial viewing all the way to move in day!
