I got in touch with Harriet Symonds and she has been nothing short of exceptional. Harriet understood exactly what needed to be done, got it done and theres now a new tenant in the house. Having other rental properties in other regions I have dealt with several other agents but Harriet is by far the best.

The service and support at Frank Innes in Ashby has been excellent. they have always been able to tailor the service to our needs. They have found tenants for us every time our rental property is empty.

Fantastic service given by Olivia and her team when I asked them to rent out my property. She kept me very well informed and even rang me outside work hours. She arranged viewings outside normal work hours too. My property was let very quickly and I was obviously very pleased with that. Totally professional. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again

This is the first time I have used Frank Innes and I am more than pleased with the professional way both Lindsey and Elliot are dealing with the sale of my father's bungalow, and are receiving plenty of updates following each viewing.
