I wish I could leave zero stars for this store & WICKES. Our 'designer' measured the room incorrectly, then followed by incorrect advise which is costing us a lot more than initially quoted. The installation has been a shambles from the start and we have been left in a complete mess. We are now 5 weeks into the installation and nowhere near ready yet. We have been left with no hot water for 3 weeks now and they left us with no water at all over the bank holiday weekend, thankfully my husband managed to sort it out. Our hallway will need redecorating from the mess they have made, damaged furniture, no care for our home at all. Our front garden is wrecked, plants have been killed and ruined. Save yourself a lot of stress and do not use Wickes to install or design. Do your research as there are numerous social media pages with thousands of unhappy WICKES customers.
