When we went to order the balloons on Thursday 6th Jan, it was a lady upstairs who was really rude and had a terrible attitude like I'd just interupted her day completely. Not sure if she owned it but wasn't impressed with her.
Luckily when I went in to collect it was the man again and was very plesent.
