This company are horrendous at communication, often blaming the client for there lack of communication. Having said that the hands on members of the team are FANTASTIC and I would give them 10/10 however the top manager needs to tone down there aggression when speaking to a fully paid client, and think out the box. Recognising they have very uncertain times, there no need for aggression, especially as Im diagnosed with some hearing loss due to this it may seem Im shouting down the phone, it actually because I cant hear. Too easy to make assumptions. Do what you do best CARE
