        James did our en suite after it was damaged by a water leak. Him and his crew were always helpful and had a good quality of work, always happy to see to any issues. We are really pleased with the final result.

        When we found that our garage was flooded due to a leak at the top of the house. I called James and he knew exactly what the problem was and he ordered the part to fix it straight away. James dealt with what could have been, potentially, a very serious problem efficiently and professionally.

        My wife rang the land line provided on Monday evening this week at 17:45 to ask for a quote to service our Gas boiler. She was given a mobile number and was told to ring his mobile number after 08:30 as he has his diary on his van. The next day I rang the mobile number and was told that his diary was at home he took my home phone number and said he would call me back that afternoon. He never did so I'm now getting in touch with someone who is reliable as He obviously is unreliable or doesn't need the work.
