I went through BUPA using these guys and in a nutshell the treatment is second none, really know their stuff. On top of that, customer service is the best I've ever experienced in my entire life. I've never give full stars for anything but this is much deserved. Fully recommend.

Very professional and effective - Simon is my go to physio for my running related injuries. From being unable to move or lift my arms without excruciating pain, Simon worked his magic so that I was able to successfully complete a full marathon within three months! Thank you Simon.

I have had several sessions at Vitalize with Rosie for lymphatic massage & would highly recommend this service. I have complex vascular issues in the left leg which has brought on lymphedema. Rosie was very professional at all times, she explained what to expect from the sessions & left me feeling calm & confident. The treatment was gentle & relieved the heaviness in the legs , a fantastic way of helping to manage the symptoms, Rosie also advised on exercises that could be carried out at home.

I had been experiencing knee pain for quite some time which was affecting my life. Vicky has been brilliant. She was thorough with finding out what the issue was and explaining why I was getting the problems I was having. We started small with some stretch exercises before bringing in other exercises, working up to strengthening. I now have the tools I need to manage the issue if I get a flare up and my knee is back to working normally.

Following a serious ankle fracture and the resultant surgery I knew that I had a long road to recovery in front of me. Prior to my injury I was an active person in their 50s but my fitness and confidence had really taken a hit following the surgery. I needed a physio who specialised in rehab who could help me get back on my feet again (literally) and I'm really happy to say that Simon and the team at Vitalize Physiotherapy have done this brilliantly. Through a combination of hands-on treatment (something the NHS doesn't seem to do these days) and an exercise programme, I was able to work in partnership with Vitalize to build my strength and fitness back up again in a controlled and safe manner. Whilst this took some time, I am happy to say that my ankle and leg have improved to the point where any swelling has gone and I am pain free for the majority of the time. Whilst my ankle will never be quite where it was pre-injury what I have now is the mobility and strength I needed to enable me to return back to my normal daily activities and also get back to the gym regularly to continue to build my fitness back up, and I am extremely grateful to Simon and Vitalize for helping me achieve this. I have since received treatment for a longstanding back injury and would not hesitate to visit Vitalize Physiotherapy again in the future.
